Current website scope
On shigram.ai, optional Google Analytics measures visits, campaign sources and website actions. Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session recordings to help improve usability. These services load only after you accept analytics. Enquiry forms are explicitly masked in recordings; our custom analytics events do not include submitted names, emails, phone numbers or message text. Advertising storage and personalisation are not enabled by this integration.
Hosted preview and IIS
The private chatgpt.site preview uses its hosting provider’s access controls. The independently hosted shigram.ai website has a separate server configuration. Cookies used for preview authentication should not be presented as the production IIS website’s cookie inventory.
Necessary and optional technologies
Use Privacy preferences at the bottom of any page to accept or reject optional analytics. Your choice is saved in browser storage. Rejecting analytics does not prevent browsing, downloading the app or submitting an enquiry. Optional analytics is kept separate from consent to be contacted about a demo request.
Browser controls
You can review and remove cookies or site data in your browser settings. Blocking necessary storage may affect sign-in or other functions where those technologies are used. Removing browser data does not delete records already held by the service.
External services
Fonts, hosting and other external resources can receive connection information even without setting a cookie. The operator must identify the actual production services and align this notice with the privacy policy.
